Captain Nate

I am a Florida born, U.S. Coast Guard Licensed (#USA000435030), and Insured captain. Since arriving in Manatee County Florida in 1985, I have been fishing the waters of Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Sarasota Bay, Tampa Bay, and the surrounding areas. Running Fishing Guide & Charter Services to deliver customer purchased boats anywhere desired, as well as, providing a variety of pleasure boat cruises. The fishing charters are tailored to accommodate small groups or large corporate events. And might entail several boats to fit your needs. Personally, I love introducing children to inshore fishing; I encourage you to bring your children, I would enjoy to have them aboard.

Anna Maria Island, Bradenton & Sarasota

We will be fishing in the waters of beautiful Sarasota Bay, Tampa Bay and the adjacent waters surrounding Anna Maria Island; depending on the time of year or targeted fish species. When fishing for snook, redfish, or trout, you will be using top of the line 7’6” Star rods with Penn Fishing Reels. For tarpon, cobia, or inshore grouper you will be using 7’6’ rods with 50-pound class spinning reels. If you wish to fish with your equipment, please let me know in advance, I’ll make room for your rods.

After a day on the water, you’ll understand why I love fishing and guiding in Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Sarasota waters.~ Captain. Nate

The Boat

Charters will take place on my 2007 Century Bay Boat. The 22′ vessel is powered by a 2016 Yamaha 250 SHO. Featuring a broad, stable hull, the boat floats shallow for flats and bay fishing, and is large and strong enough to make your trip a comfortable one if the wind kicks up. Two live wells make it possible to bring as much bait as we need for a day on the water while the boat’s massive storage compartments allow us to bring anything we will need to make it a comfortable and fun trip.
